PRIORITY RESERVATION AGREEMENT

For and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) ("Refundable Reservation Fee") and the mutual promise herein contained, ("Prospective Purchaser") and Black Belt Land Partners, LLC am Alabama Limited Liability Company, do agree as follows:

• Black Belt Land Partners, LLC shall reserve a preferred reservation during the Sale Weekend for Prospective Purchaser to view parcels at the Preserve before offering the same to the general public. Black Belt Land Partners, LLC shall receive the Refundable Reservation Fee from Prospective Purchaser to guarantee a preferred reservation.

• Black Belt Land Partners, LLC will refund the $300 Reservation Fee upon Prospective Purchaser's arrival to the Preserve or apply to the deposit of purchase at customer's discretion. If Prospective Purchaser cancels priority reservation a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment, Prospective Purchaser will be refunded the Reservation Fee.

• This Reservation Agreement does not create an obligation to purchase by Prospective Purchaser nor an obligation to sell by Black Belt Land Partners, LLC. Parcels located at the Preserve are subject to a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, a summary of which is available from a Company Representative.
